Mrs. Campbell is a philanthropist and best-selling author dedicated to creating pathways of opportunity and restoring dignity for women and children experiencing hardship. Originally from Jamaica and now a Philadelphia-based leader, she holds a background in Organizational Development and Leadership Psychology. She brings deep expertise in community relations, case coordination, and customer service management to her work as Founder and CEO of the Donna Marie Foundation, where she leads initiatives that drive meaningful, lasting impact.

President & Project Manager

Ms. Chambers serves as President and Project Manager, providing strategic leadership and oversight to support the organization’s mission and growth. She is also a children’s book author, inspiring young readers through stories that encourage creativity, courage, and self-expression. In addition, she brings professional expertise as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, applying her skills in communication, organization, and relationship building to strengthen both the organization and the communities it serves. Through her leadership, creativity, and dedication, she drives initiatives that create meaningful and lasting impact.

Alton G. Xkhraig Campbell

Community Relations Manager

Mr. Campbell serves as a dedicated Community Relations Manager committed to strengthening connections between the organization and the communities it serves. With experience in Customer Service Management, he brings strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills that support both community partners and organizational teams. In addition to his professional work, he is also a musician, bringing creativity, passion, and discipline to everything he does. Through collaboration and mission-focused service, he helps advance initiatives that create meaningful and lasting community impact.

He is passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations, strengthening teams, and helping communities thrive through effective outreach and relationship building.

Michael Beadie

Treasurer

Mr. Beadie serves as Treasurer, bringing strong accountability, organization, and financial oversight to support the organization’s mission and long-term sustainability. In addition to his nonprofit service, he is a dedicated high school coach, where he mentors and develops young athletes both on and off the field. His commitment to teamwork, leadership, and community development helps strengthen the organization and the people it serves.
